The University will have their Spring Break from March 10th-17th. While everyone plans a getaway or a cruise, there are fun activities to do around town. Below are a few of those:

St. Pat's in Five Points - Join 45,000 of your closest friends during the Midlands' signature event, St. Pat's in Five Points, on Saturday, March 17, 2018. What serves as a homecoming to many people across the southeast, also serves as the kick-off to spring! Tickets are $15/person. 

Saturday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Granby Park - Granby Park, near the historic Granby Whaley and Olympia Mill Villages, opened in 1998. It is the southernmost segment of the Three Rivers Greenway. This 12-mile river park, will connect the cities of Columbia, West Columbia, and Cayce as well as Richland and Lexington Counties and will provide public access to the Congaree, Saluda and Broad Rivers. Granby Park, 24 acres at the end of Catawba Street off Huger Street, has wonderful views of the river. Granby Park is the first portion of the Three Rivers Greenway.

Riverbanks Zoo - The Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is a 170-acre zoo, aquarium, and botanical garden located along the Saluda River in Columbia, South Carolina, United States. A small portion of the zoo extends into the nearby city of West Columbia.

Hours: Monday - Sunday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
